Terms of Service
These Terms govern accounts, bids, payments and advertising territories on Conquror.
Effective 5 September 20261. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, submitting content or paying for a territory, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Content Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. What a territory means
Conquror provides digital advertising placement on an interactive map. A map pixel is not land, real property, a domain name, intellectual property ownership or an investment. Pixel points are ranking and display metrics only and have no cash value.
A paid territory has no scheduled expiry, but another eligible user may challenge it at any time by completing the required higher paid bid.
3. Bids and challenges
- The checkout page shows the final currency and amount before payment.
- Conquror recalculates availability and the minimum valid challenge on the server.
- A selection is temporarily reserved during checkout and may be released if payment is not completed.
- A successful higher challenge replaces the current advertiser. Displacement does not entitle the previous advertiser to a refund.
- A payment does not guarantee impressions, clicks, sales, search ranking or any business result.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Advertiser content
You retain ownership of your brand content. You grant Conquror a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, resize, reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting the service. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every name, logo, image and destination you submit.
6. Moderation and removal
We may review, reject, suspend or remove content that violates our Content Policy, presents legal or security risk, receives credible reports, or harms the service. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. Moderation decisions do not transfer responsibility for advertiser content to Conquror.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Currency, taxes and available payment methods may vary. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control. We may improve the map, pricing mechanics and features, but will not retroactively convert a completed payment into a recurring subscription without express consent.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conquror is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Conquror during the six months preceding that claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@conquror.com before filing a claim so we can try to resolve it.
