Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account information such as name, email, authentication provider and account identifiers.
• Advertiser information such as brand name, category, logo, website URL, bids and territory selections.
• Transaction references, amount, currency and payment status. Conquror does not receive full card numbers.
• Security and operational data such as timestamps, IP-derived region, logs, rate-limit records, device/browser data and reports.
• When logo detection is requested, the submitted website and publicly available logo metadata or image are fetched and temporarily cached.

2. How we use data

We use data to create accounts, provide the map, reserve and settle territories, show rankings, detect logos, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, respond to support, comply with law and improve reliability.

3. Public information

Approved advertiser names, logos, categories, destination links, territory, ranking, bid value and click totals may be public. Do not submit personal information that you do not want displayed as part of an advertisement.

4. Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server functions; Stripe for payment processing; and Hostinger for website hosting and delivery. These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms and may process it outside Malaysia.

5. Storage and retention

Account and paid transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Incomplete drafts and operational rate-limit/cache data may be removed automatically. Reports and moderation records may be retained for safety and legal purposes.

6. Cookies and local storage

Conquror uses essential browser storage for authentication sessions, interface preferences and map behaviour. Stripe and authentication providers may set their own essential cookies during checkout or sign-in. We do not currently operate third-party behavioural advertising trackers on the Conquror site.

7. Security

We use access controls, row-level database security, signed payment webhooks, restricted file types, encryption in transit and rate limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal data, subject to records we must retain. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where local law provides that right. Email privacy@conquror.com.

9. Children and changes

Conquror is not intended for anyone under 18. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here. Material changes may also be announced in the service.
